Atelier Nord Bureau d'Architecture Louis Schockert

For my project in Liège, i contacted this architect to have a look at the situation. I did not have a permit for the plans at the moment, that's why i needed an architect. He told me he would ask some things to guys he knew before starting the project. After a day or 2, he told me it was not possible as there was no permit for it. He demanded me to pay him €800 to start some file, while nothing was done. Nothing. Now, some time later, i have my permit via another architect with a much better approach and actual some creativity to get things working. If he just said 'no' from the beginning and admitted that this project was too dificult for him, it would all be fine. But now, he demanded me (a 27 year old) to pay him €800 for nothing. That's just rediculous. There are plenty of good architects in Liège that actually want to help, not just want to quick money. Hope he understands the financial impact this has on a young adult.

Sans réfléchir, il a commencé un projet qu'il n'a pas pu terminer mais qu'il a facturé. Heureusement, il y avait d'autres architectes dans les environs qui pouvaient le faire. Mais l'argent m'a échappé.

Je tenais à remercier particulièrement Mr Schockert pour la belle démonstration de ses compétences dans les différents dossiers pour lesquels j'ai eu recours à ses services, pour lesquels j'ai eu les autorisations, parfois compliquées et tout cela pour des honoraires tout à fait corrects ! Merci encore Monsieur Schockert

La clientèle de ce fameux architecte a fais des menaces à mon mari pour une place qui es devant chez nous bien évidemment il nous a dis qu'il ce pointerait devant notre potre ce qui n'a pas été fais la scène à été filmé et plainte sera déposée et merci à vous monsieur L'ARCHITECTE de m'avoir raccroché au nez alors que j'ai été polie cordialement la voisine
