I rented my apartment with TREVI Immocom three years ago, and am still living there very happily. This is a highly professional agency who have always been easy to deal with, friendly and helpful. When I have had any issues in the apartment, my emails are responded to immediately and help is always sent as soon as possible. If you are looking for a place in Brussels, I can't give a higher recommendation!

The apartment is well furnished, nice and clean in a good area and a great price, and the agency employees are friendly, quite helpful and responsive, especially the agent (S.T.) responsible for my lease. I had an issue with the washing machine and the lights and both times they sent a technician to fix the problem within a few days. Overall I had a very positive experience and I'm happy with the place, would definitely recommend.

As an expat in Bruxelles, I found in TREVI and Sylvia agent particularly, a great professionalism and availability to meet all my requirements for accommodating myself in a very cozy and nice flat. The support from the agency kept continuing also after I became a tenant and this is of crucial importance in my opinion. Very positive feedback, I recommend using their services!

We have been renting a furnished apartment with this agency for over three years and are fully satisfied. The agency was very responsive from the very beginning (searching and visiting apartments). If there are any issues with reparations, everything is fixed soon. Staff is always reachable by email or phone.

Gestion lamentable. Je loue un emplacement de garage via l’intermédiaire de cette agence depuis 4 mois. L’unique télécommande y donnant accès ne fonctionne plus depuis près d’un mois. Je n’ai toujours pas obtenu d’autre moyen d’accéder au garage de leur part, ils ne peuvent pas me donner une date approximative de réception de la nouvelle télécommande et réclament de surcroît que je prenne à ma charge les frais liés au remplacement de la télécommande. Réponses laconiques, manque de réactivité, service déplorable !
