Notre indivision a fait appel aux services de Maître Collon dans le cadre d’une vente immobilière. Dans ce cas très délicat, Maître Collon a su défendre efficacement nos droits et faire valoir nos intérêts à notre entière satisfaction. Après une consultation initiale où nous lui avons exposé le cas, Maître Collon a suivi notre dossier de manière très proactive. Nous n’avons jamais dû le relancer ou lui rappeler des éléments précédemment communiqués. Il n’a entrepris aucune action sans nous expliquer les options à notre disposition, et nous a conseillés pour que nous prenions toutes les décisions en connaissance de cause. Dans notre cas, Maître Collon et son assistante ont travaillé essentiellement par courriel. Les vidéoconférences n’ont été utilisées qu’aux moments-clé, quand une communication directe était vraiment indispensable avec l’ensemble de l’indivision. Maître Collon est efficace, rapide et je pense qu’il gère strictement son temps, ce qui le rend disponible là où sa valeur ajoutée et son expertise sont les plus utiles. Tout au long du dossier nous nous sommes sentis en confiance et très bien conseillés. Ses honoraires sont précis, justifiés et mérités. Nous ne pouvons que recommander le cabinet Xirius qui nous a donné entière satisfaction et dépassé toutes nos attentes.

I chose Maitre Collon and his firm based on the overwhelmingly positive Google reviews. Unfortunately, my experience aligned more closely with the 1-star reviews than the glowing ones. The first call with Me Collon was genuinely impressive—professional, knowledgeable, and confidence-inspiring. After that initial contact, however, things deteriorated significantly. Following our first conversation, all communication shifted to email where every minute and action is meticulously tracked and billed. The level of bureaucracy wasn't made clear from the start, yet he acted as if this was self evident. The level of dehumanization of the process is important and this is not the way I work with my other lawyers. Also, I was assigned a young associate unfamiliar with my case who drafted an incorrect letter, necessitating another scheduled call where I had to re-explain everything from scratch. Apparently, internal communication isn't billable, but my time repeating myself certainly was. This pattern continued: long periods of waiting with no updates, no proactive communication about progress, and a concerning lack of guidance or strategic advice. I found myself having to double-check their work rather than feeling supported. The only tangible value I received was having a lawyer's name attached to my case—though that's expensive letterhead. Their process added significant stress to an already difficult situation. Ultimately, I had to cut my losses—both on the case itself and on the fees paid for work that felt more like an exercise in billing inefficiency than legal advocacy. The silver lining in all this is that stopping the engagement felt like solving half my problems. I strongly advise against working with Me Collon and his firm. You'll likely end up feeling unsupported, uninformed, stressed, and considerably lighter in the wallet. But hey, at least the billing records will be impeccably detailed.

Après avoir consulté plusieurs avocats et cabinets, c'est auprès de Xirius et de Maître Collon que j'ai trouvé une écoute attentive et une compréhension face à ma situation, qui était plus que délicate dans un conflit immobilier. Leur maîtrise et leur savoir-faire m'ont permis, au final, de m'en sortir sans aucun préjudice( gagnant). Il est rare de pouvoir recommander un avocat, mais là, je vous les recommande vivement

Quelle mauvaise expérience avec votre cabinet! Vos prix sont totalement fou!!! J’étais d’accord de payer ce prix horaire pour M’assure des service de maitre COLLON que j’ai d’ailleurs rencontrer au début. Puis plus de nouvelle de sa part. De plus vous facturé à des prix comme si c’était un avocat de New York qui nous défend alors que vous envoyez une stagiaire! Je ferai pas votre Pub ça c’est bien clair!!! Pour ma part et mon ressenti cela à été dur pur racket!!! Aucun appel de ce monsieur Collon mis à part qu’il a vu les mails passer. Très mauvais expérience… Vos factures sont payées aujourd’hui.

Absolutely great! I totally recommend them specially Mr. Collon , he is an excellent real state lawyer, he was very patient and kind with my case and helped me step by step , I cannot be happier as my issue has solved only by his help and support. Thank you !

Stay away ! I hired Laurent Collon from this firm to resolve a difficult landlord issue, I thought this company is a professional one. He was assuring and first appointment was very good. I have given all documents and made a payment. One month passed, no news from him. No reply to my emails. Then a junior, seriously junior person called me from this firm and asked: What was the issue? Can you please explain? 😮😳 They did nothing, Mr Collon disappeared and this junior person did not even bother to check the file and document I shared with them. Terrible legal practice ! I moved out from that apartment and had no money back from my guarantee payment. They got it all. So don't fall for these lawyers names, you will never see them again after the first meeting and payment. An inexperienced junior counsel will follow your file. Stay away!

Dans le cadre de mon dossier immobilier, Me Collon et son équipe ont effectué un excellent travail. Excellente maîtrise de la matière, clarté des explications données et une totale transparence des relevés de prestations. En bref : un cabinet très professionnel.
