BBF Rentals promotes itself as "here to help," but the truth is: they don’t help at all. I’ve been trying to resolve my rental for more than 3 weeks. At first, they answered my calls — now they don’t. I send emails, but no reply whatsoever. The sales consultant responsible, Mendy Haghedooren, has simply disappeared, providing no response or follow-up. This level of disregard and lack of professionalism is unacceptable from a company that claims to be a leader in the real estate market. Transparency and communication should not be optional — they’re the bare minimum.

In overall good experience, with assistance if needed by handyman or their agents. accessible 24/7 during check-in and check-out and I got 100% refunded deposit. Good quality of building and appartment for Brussels general building status

I stayed some time ago here for 6 months. Although there were some issues that needed fixing, the overall experience is good and I would recommend. The good part: nice apartment, nice location, ok furniture, non intrusive, they did not over charge after leaving although we did left our small mark on the place. For the issues: some appliances were not working or were visibly broken, the elevator was failing regularly, there was not enough hot water (but we've learned to save water).

Horrible place. Garage tricky to get in and out of (people Park in stupid places). Like a halls of residence. Area a bit sketchy at night (lots of people drinking in nearby park). Good for metro though. And a short walk to palace de justice

Excellent location. Easy access to the metro. The apartment was nice and practical. Definitely recommend to stay at a BBF apartment.
