Wees zeer voorzichtig. Ik ben ontzettend ontevreden, Dhr. Laurent, een medewerker van de syndicus heeft mijn appartement betreden ZONDER toestemming. Hun gedrag is ondermaats en geenszins constructief.

J’ai été locataire au 41 rue de l’Enseignement à Bruxelles. Malgré plusieurs demandes pour récupérer notre garantie locative, nous sommes restés sans réponse claire ni réel suivi. La communication a été très compliquée, notamment en raison de nombreux changements de gestionnaire (burn-out, congés, etc.), ce qui a rendu notre dossier particulièrement flou. Un délai important (2 ans) s’est aujourd’hui écoulé depuis la fin de notre bail et nous sommes toujours dans l’attente d’une solution concrète. Nous espérons que la situation interne de l’agence est désormais stabilisée et qu’une régularisation pourra enfin avoir lieu. Expérience décevante en ce qui concerne le suivi administratif et la gestion de la garantie locative alors que l’état des lieux a été fait et signé pour la récupération de celle ci.

We rented an apartment through Gestea and unfortunately had a very bad experience. It took Gestea very long to solve problems with our apartment. On one occasion it took over a year for them to fix a leakage in our roof which caused black mold on the ceiling. Only after numerous emails and finally a message that we would pay less rent did they do something about it. The company is not proactive at all and they are generally almost impossible to reach. Usually you get no or a very late reply via email. Staff turnover is high, meaning we had a new contact person every half year, to whom we had to explain certain issues all over again. Finally it took several months to get back our security deposit, which was very frustrating. Our last contact person was exceptional though, because he provided a level of service that can normally be expected. But this doesn't make up for the otherwise very frustrating relationship with this company.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. Their fees are exorbitant, and they offer no value in return. They never respond to emails or inquiries, and it feels like they were imposed on us through some arrangement with the real estate developer. We are currently exploring options to terminate their services as soon as possible.

Agenzia incompetente e per niente professionale. La sconsiglio assolutamente. Appuntamenti cancellati meno di un'ora prima della visita, condizioni del contratto per niente chiare. Agency incompetent and not at all professional. I absolutely do not recommend it. Appointments canceled less than an hour before the visit, conditions of the contract not at all clear.

Avoid at All Costs!! I wish I could give "Gestea" zero stars because they don't even deserve one. My experience with this syndicus company in Brussels, Belgium, has been nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, their communication is abysmal. It's like pulling teeth trying to get a response from them. I've sent countless emails and made numerous phone calls, only to be met with silence or excuses. It's as if they don't care about their clients at all. Secondly, their management of property issues is laughable. Instead of addressing issues promptly, they let them linger for weeks, sometimes months, causing frustration and inconvenience for everyone involved. Maintenance requests are ignored or poorly handled, leaving tenants stuck in subpar living conditions. And let's not even get started on their professionalism. The staff at Gestea are rude, unhelpful, and downright disrespectful. It's like they have no concept of customer service or basic human decency. To top it all off, their fees are exorbitant for the level of service they provide. It's highway robbery, plain and simple. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Gestea. There are plenty of other syndicus companies in Brussels that actually value their clients and know how to do their job properly. Gestea is a prime example of everything that's wrong with property management.

Je penses que toutes les personnes qui ont mit 5 étoiles travaillent ou connaissent des gens chez gestea car c’est clairement une agence que je ne vous recommande pas. Déjà tous les jours on avait un nouveau responsable pour notre colocation, des visites sans même prévenir les habitants, le suivis des mails ? Il n’y en avait même pas. Actuellement on n’a plus de lave vaisselle depuis plus de 6 mois et le reste je vous dit même pas. Ils ne font rien, ne sont même pas disponible par téléphone et par mail. Bref une agence de m**** j’ai cru que c’était une blague car un manque de professionnalisme au plus haut !
